Il ne faut pas que tu utilises le subjonctif toujours.
Just replace que with de and change the conjugated verb to an infinitive.
Par exemple:
Il n'est pas nécessaire d'utiliser le subjonctif.
Il est important que tu sois là > Il est important d'être là.
